Tim has recently retired from his long standing job as Property Manager for the Green Mountain Stockfarm. He has held his Real Estate License since 2009. Working for New England Land Co., Century 21, and currently for VT Heritage Real Estate.

Tim and his wife, Patty have lived in East Brookfield for over 25 years and they have 2 llama's, 1 alpaca, and 6 cats.

They raise chickens and have a great gentlemen's farm and bountiful garden.
